outdoorsy stuff...

i'm a firehead.  without the red hair.  my sister is more of that kind of firehead than i am!!

as we were getting back in the car from eating dinner:

me:  ooohhhhh ya!  i almost forgot about all my outdoorsy stuff!
mamacita:  hahahahahahahahahahaha outdoorsy stuff!  hahaha
me:  whaaa-aat??!
mamacita:  who calls it that? haahahahaha
me:  i do!
mamacita:  ya, and you're the only one

just a little fyi.  i just bought some outdoorsy stuff.  which i'm sure you all know what that is, but in case you don't, i got a sleeping bag (comfort level of 0* yesssss!!), a camper pillow (very comfy and cooool!), and a sleeping pad (self inflating!). 
i got it for my job.  being a fire fighter!  because i froze my you-know-what off last summer (but the temperatures would have meant winter anywhere else...) because i only used the sleeping bags that they give you, which are obviously not that amazing.

here is the gorgeousness that is my outdoorsy stuff:

first i took a picture of it all on the rug, but it didn't feel very at home, so then i took a picture of it on the wood floor, because then it kind of felt like it was in the forest.  ish...

anyways.  it's very warm, and since i am at the new house waiting for my package which is a new phone to arrive (mine broke.  see?

you can't see the screen...but it's not broken.  the screen, that is.  the underneath just is, i guess.  see the red bump glare at the bottom of the screen?  that's my head covered in my outdoorsy sleeping bag!)

anyways.  since my phone is broken i had to order a new one because my upgrade isn't until july.  boo.  and they said they won't leave it unless someone is here to sign for it, and so i am here, at the new house, freezing, because my dad thinks it's summer and the heat should be off.  so i am staying warm by wearing my outdoorsy sleeping bag!!! and if i want to take a nap i can use my outdoorsy pillow!
