house cleaning adventures

aw MAN!!!  i was trying to save this for a few days from now!  but i clicked the wrong button.  now i have to come up with more ideas...

i have been in the process for, oh, about 3 weeks, of cleaning my house.  the real kind of clean, where you sweep and mop and throw things away, and make all your closets look pretty.  (closet cleaning is my favorite, and i would only do that if i could get away with it).
today i am 98% finished.  i just have one more corner in my living room left.  there is a lot of recycling and whatnot over there. 

anyways.  i have found some interesting stuff.  my favorite is this quote i found on a sticky in some dark corner of my house.  i don't know if i made it up, or if i just wrote it down, but here is what it said:

i hope the next time you get a double-decker strawberry ice cream cone the ice cream part falls off the cone part and lands in australia.
