we spent thanksgiving in albuquerque. it's the first time in a while that mikah has gotten to come.
it was pretty fun. and adventurous. and disastrous. arley and i took parents up the tram. we had a car window mishap (had to get a rental while it was repaired, which was fun. but also not fun because no one knew how to turn down the bass). we went to tent rocks with the "neighbor" family and it was super slippery and icy, so only the very bravest ventured to the top. mikah and i did the "turkey waddle" supposed 5k, which turned out to be more like 7k or even 8k, which is a big deal when running a 1.6k (1 mile) is still a big deal. also, mikah got to go to bandolier with us. the whole thing was a weird mix of snowy and warm.
only snowy on the other side of the mountain up the tram.

little cat nap on the drive to somewhere.
