new goal!

i've come up with a new goal.  well, i've been thinking about it for a while, and it's not actually my idea in the first place.  but i have been thinking that it might be a good idea.  one that might turn out to be interesting, in the least.
a girl i used to know, who has a blog that i sometimes read, once she decided to take a picture a day for a full year.  i don't know if she finished, or if she even made it past day one, but she takes really lovely photos, and always inspires me to...sort of look at things from a different perspective...
anyways.  i think i have decided that, starting today, i'm going to do it too.  just to keep myself inspired.  and april 18th is apparantly the day to start. 
so here is my photo of the day (although i have 2 because i couldn't decide between them.  the rule i guess will be at least one photo, but possibly more, if i feel like it...)
