Nectar of the Gods!

To be quite honest, today has been a rather epoch day!

I had an appointment to get my CRB check (criminal records check - oh you didn't know...? Just kidding! Just kidding!) underway so that I can volunteer.

I finally made it to my doctor's appointment that I have rescheduled at least 4 times (I have 2 cysts on my wrist...ouch!), which I might as well have just skipped again: "It's true. You have two ganglian cysts on your wrist." Thank you, sir. I wasn't quite sure if these cysts on my wrist were cysts...

I fulfilled a prophecy that was made about...oh, last week? (You see, I kept having this dream about makeup brushes, which could signify in a roundabout way that I am feeling the need to express myself, but I need to take car in how forward or blunt I am in those expressions, I also need to make sure that I am not covering up something else {courtesy of the Dream Decoder that was a gift from my big sissy!! Although I have mixed and matched different interpretations to come to my own conclusions...}). Anyways, after I had had the brush dream almost all week, I just happened to walk into Falmer House, and there just happened to be a booth selling makeup brushes! And not just any old makeup brush, these are quality brushes we're talking about! I knew it was a sign, so I had to buy them! They are gorgeous!

And the biggest and best part of my epoch day: I got a package! Woo! And you will never guess the beauty that was held within! A workout DVD! Ok, ok, I am excited about that too, but the very very best part...(drum roll please)...TRUFFLES! SWEET, INNOCENT, HAPPY, ANYTHING TO MAKE YOU HAPPY, (squished), TRUFFLES! NECTAR OF THE GODS!

I have been so jealous of my lucky lucky parents, who get to be the taste-testers for all of Mikah's delicious experiments. I have been seeing pictures, hearing tales of truffle-eating adventures; there is no end to their delight, and no end to my suffering! Or there was until today! And these beautiful, beautiful truffles were all that everyone has been saying they were, and more!

So for now, I am satisfied.
