#7. someone who has made your life worth living
wow. so hard. i probably can't just choose one. my family probably are the main ones.
my sister for fighting with me when we were young, so i know that even though i hate confrontation so much, i'm terrified of it actually, i am capable of it. also that there are two types of confrontation. the kind where you slap your sister in the back, or the kind where you yell in her face about stealing your favorite shirt (which you later find behind your dresser).
and now for listening to me when i have issues, and helping me see how it might, just might, turn into a good thing, or help me out in the end. also for having fun with me, and laughing with me (usually at my expense) and helping me remember how fun and exciting life is.
my mamacita, also for fighting with me when i was young, ok, ok 21, but still. just kidding. for fighting with me and not giving in, and teaching me about her boundaries, and through those: my boundaries, and how to set them.
also for always being there for me ready to make me some tea or read with me or watch a movie or go for a walk, and just basically enjoy the little things in life.
my daddy, for always asking me what i want to be when i grow up and encouraging any off-the-wall answer i could come up with. for putting up with all the socks and flashlights i gave him as christmas gifts, because he might be right up there with, or even past my sissy on the "hardest person to shop for. ever." list.
basically, they have made my life worth living simply by being my family, and accepting me and loving me, no questions asked. they have each taught me so much about life.
*i think i better remember this one in case i win a grammy or a nobel prize or something, so i can use it as my thank you...
