i used to listen to bonnie rait all the time.  this version isn't too bad either

i have made a mistake.

while cleaning the unclean-able room, i found a funny little clock.  i stuck it on the desk because i liked it.  but i figured it was broken.

then after i was done cleaning i was looking at it again.  and i found….a winder!  so i wound it up.  really good.  like, a lot.

and it is so. loud.  it is ridiculous.  somehow, you can hear it all over the house.  you can't even hear people talking on the other end of the house, but you can hear the insane overzealous ticking of the tiny little clock.

i'm wondering how long it's going to last…  hopefully not long.  hopefully it will stop before anyone happens to come over for thanksgiving, in oh, about two days...

see the winder?  i'm not really sure what they're actually called...
